Third Seasonal Holly & Mistletoe Sale

Nick Champion Auctioneer reports another large entry of 2556 wreaths, 646 lots of holly and mistletoe and 380 trees were offered at the second seasonal sale at Burford Garden Stores, Tenbury Wells.

Trade on the much poorer quality entry of wreaths was very difficult with only the best attracting strong bidding.

Berried holly was again in short supply and was almost as dear as last week whilst variegated holly was dearer.  Mistletoe was over supplied and met a very steady trade.

A similar entry of mainly second quality trees met a slower trade.
